These terms apply to your use of ResearchCreditIntegrity.org and the documents published on it. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

2Who operates this site

ResearchCreditIntegrity.org is operated and funded by SR Tax Services LLC, which provides R&D tax advisory services under the Swanson Reed brand. SR Tax Services LLC decides the content of the site and is the party to these terms. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean SR Tax Services LLC, and "Swanson Reed" means the brand under which it works. SR Tax Services LLC has a commercial interest in how R&D tax advisers are paid, which is explained in our conflicts of interest statement.

3Using our content

The text, research papers, briefs and other material on this site are owned by SR Tax Services LLC, except where another owner is shown.

Trademarks. Swanson Reed and the Swanson Reed logo are trademarks of Ardsip Pty Ltd. SR Tax Services LLC uses the Swanson Reed name with the authorization of Ardsip Pty Ltd. Nothing on this site gives you any right to use those trademarks.

You are welcome to:

• read, print and download pages and PDFs for your own use
• quote short passages, as long as you name the Research Credit Integrity Alliance as the source and link to the page you are quoting
• share links to any page

Please do not:

• copy the site, or large parts of it, onto another website or publication without our written permission
• change quoted text in a way that alters its meaning

We work to keep the site accurate and cite the sources for factual statements, as described in our editorial standards. Rules and official guidance change, and we cannot promise that every page reflects the latest position at the time you read it. Check the official sources we link to. If you find an error, please tell us through our corrections page.

The site links to official sources and to other websites, including other sites published by Swanson Reed. Those sites are labeled as Swanson Reed sites wherever we link to them, and are listed on our related sites page. Other websites are run by their own publishers, under their own terms and privacy policies.

To the extent the law allows, SR Tax Services LLC is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or from reliance on its content, including loss caused by errors, omissions or out of date information, or by the site being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

8Using the site responsibly

Please do not misuse the site, for example by trying to gain access to parts of it that are not public, interfering with how it works, or sending automated requests that place an unreasonable load on it.

9Personal information and the Register interest link

The site has no forms and does not ask for your personal information. Our privacy policy explains the limited information the site does handle. The "Register interest" links open Swanson Reed's own booking page at swansonreed.com, which has its own terms and privacy policy. Nothing on this site sends a message to Congress, officials or regulators on your behalf.

10Governing law

These terms, and any dispute about them or about this site, are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any such dispute will be heard by the state or federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas, and you agree to the jurisdiction of those courts. Nothing in these terms takes away any rights you have under the law of the place where you live that cannot be excluded by agreement.

11Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies from the date it is published.
