The Research Credit Integrity Alliance is operated by SR Tax Services LLC under the Swanson Reed brand, and SR Tax Services LLC is responsible for its content and for dealing with corrections, replies and complaints. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean SR Tax Services LLC.
We aim to be accurate and fair. If we get something wrong, we want to know, and we will correct it in public.
1How to contact us
You can reach us in either of two ways:
- Email hello@researchcreditintegrity.org, with "Correction" or "Right of reply" in the subject line
- Post to SR Tax Services LLC (Swanson Reed), 1120 South Freeway, Suite 123, Fort Worth, TX 76104, United States
It helps us if you include:
- the address of the page, or the title of the PDF, and the passage you are concerned about
- what you believe is wrong or unfair, and why
- any source that supports your point, such as an official document or record
- how we can reach you
You do not need to be named on the site, or to be a business or adviser, to report an error.
2What you can ask for
A correction. If a fact on the site is wrong, out of date or not supported by the source we cite, tell us and we will check it.
A right of reply. If you believe something on this site is unfair to you or to your organization, you can ask for a right of reply, so that your response can be considered alongside the page. Our naming policy means we do not name or describe adviser firms other than Swanson Reed (SR Tax Services LLC), but we still want to hear from anyone who believes they have been identified or treated unfairly.
A complaint. If you are unhappy with how we have handled a request, or with anything else about the site, you can make a complaint in the same way.
3What happens next
- We acknowledge your request.
- We review the passage against its cited sources and any material you send us.
- If we find an error, we correct the page and publish a note of the correction in the list of corrections at the foot of this page, with the date it was made and the page it affected.
- We tell you what we have decided and why.
Where a request involves a question of law or a claim that a page is unfair to someone, we may refer it for legal review before we decide.
We do not quietly change factual content. A correction to a fact is recorded in the list at the foot of this page. The site's systems keep a dated record of each published correction, linked to the page it affected. Routine updates, such as a new "Last reviewed" date when a country page is checked against its sources, are shown on the page itself.
4Personal information
We use the details you send only to deal with your request. See our privacy policy.
