Advisers, accountants and businesses can record their support for the position that Congress should prohibit contingent fees in federal research credit engagements.

These proposals are the position of Swanson Reed, the publisher of this site.

The Research Credit Integrity Alliance is an advocacy initiative of Swanson Reed. Today it is one firm. If you agree that Congress should prohibit contingent fees in federal research credit engagements under Section 41, you can record your support by emailing hello@researchcreditintegrity.org with "Support" in the subject line. Tell us your name, your organization if any, and whether you give written consent to be listed. See our privacy policy.

What support means

  • Support for the position only. Recording support means you agree with the legislative position on the US federal research credit. It does not mean you endorse every statement on this site, and it does not make you a member of any group.
  • Names published only with written consent. We will not publish your name, or your organization's name, unless you give us written consent. You can ask us to remove it at any time.
  • Nothing is sent on your behalf. Recording your support does not send any message to members of Congress, Treasury, the IRS or any other official, and we will not contact officials in your name.
  • No coordination on pricing. Swanson Reed does not coordinate pricing with other firms and will not. Recording support involves no discussion or agreement about fees.
